Thank you for your interest in stopping by! However, we do not run a physical shop at the moment, just the webshop. The space in Delft is primarily used as a storage space and office, although, if you wish to come by and take a look around, feel free to email us to make an appointment! We might also open on Saturdays, which we will always announce on social media if this is the case.
We buy directly from nurseries, either in the Netherlands or abroad. All plants from abroad have been ordered with a phytosanitary certificate; therefore they are absolutely safe for import.
Honestly, we do not know. We are always working on obtaining new species, however, after importing, plants need a while to acclimate in the greenhouse. Then, depending on how well it’s doing, we’ll be able to sell it. Because this is an extensive process, and because stocks from our supplier vary a lot, we cannot give an estimate on when we will restock a certain plant.
Sorry, at the moment we do not take any reservations due to low stocks!
Yes, all plants are rooted and ready to be potted in soil immediately, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Pick-up is possible in Delft (the Netherlands) only. The address is Koornmarkt 73B. Email us at info@kekjekkie.nl to make an appointment.
Yes. After we’ve shipped your order you will receive an email with a track and trace code. You can use this to track your package.
We run this business together, besides attending university full-time. Therefore, we will try to ship your order in 1-5 business days. However, during busy times this may be a little longer. This is also very dependent on the weather; if it is too hot or too cold we will extend shipping times. We thank you for your understanding of this.
In the Netherlands, after we have shipped your order it will be delivered in one to two business days. In the rest of the EU this may take up seven business days.
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return plants, due to their fragile nature. However, if your plant has arrived damaged or dead, feel free to send us an email at info@kekjekkie.nl and together we will agree on a suitable compensation. Please include pictures in the email, this way we can help you much better!
Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this. If this occurs, please email us right away so we can either replace the plant or refund you the costs, depending on the type of damage and the cause.
No plant is ever the same! We usually take one photo, which will not be the exact plant you receive. If the plant is way smaller than pictured, please send us an email, including clear photographs so we can assess compensation
